Do our words build a throne for our King

Ever consider what you build with the words you speak?

Psalm 22:3 says God is enthroned upon our praises.

Psalm 119 Greater than gold

Spoken words of creation

When our words praise God we are creating room for Him to sit upon His throne. We are welcoming Him with our words of praise. We are focusing on the King of Glory and not the everyday issues of life.

Everyday a choice sits before us, will we choose blessing and praise? Or will we mutter words of discouragement, words that center on the problem and put them front and center?

We are carriers of the glory of God, carriers of grace and truth when we have hidden God’s word within our hearts.

Words of praise sweep the room clean, they open the way for the King of Glory to enter.

Our words can elevate sickness, disease and poverty.

None of us want those in our lives.  Will we be willing to do what it takes to see the blessing of God poured out in our lives?

It takes committment, hard work and perseverance, words so often we want to shy away from living.

Words, when lived that will result in the shaping of our character.  I choose character and have embraced the perseverance, the hard work of committment to living words rightly spoken.

The hard work of choosing rightly spoken and rightly lived words is worth it. It is the price we pay to keep hold of the promises of God.

Psalm 119:13 – 15  With my lips have I declared and recounted all the ordinances of Your mouth. I have rejoiced in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.  I will meditate on Your precepts and have respect to Your ways, the paths of life marked out by Your law.

When we walk together in unity, fully assembled as the household of faith, we are one.  Our unity will inspire us to encourage and uplift one another.

Our unity will see the proper end result when iron sharpens iron.  A people formed who live the pleasures and purposes of God.

If we make a habit of declaring and remembering the word of God, our hearts will have great joy.  The joy will cause peace to settle upon our souls and there is no amount of money able to purchase love, joy and peace for us.  We will walk and live the Kingdom walk, the path marked by the blood of Jesus.

The way of Jesus is the way of purity, holiness, right standing with the Father.  Will you allow your character to be whittled and shaped by persevering in living the words of life?

There is a hand reached out to you. Take hold, receive Life, take hold, share life.

Will you lift high the Name of Jesus in whatever circumstance you are faced with?  Lift high the Name of Jesus and let the King be enthroned upon your praises!

Let the high praises of God ring out, glorify the King in all the words you speak and you will see a difference in your circumstances.

He who called you is Faithful and True and He will perfect and complete all the things of life that concern you.  Oh, may He be your greatest concern.

Imagine the perfection of complete relationship with Him.

Like you, I am listening for the words of life from the Father’s heart.

Oh, the “habit of declaring and remembering the word of God.” The thought goes well with my last post: ‘There’s Still A Balm In Gilead!’ A prescription from the Great Physician [His Word], that if unfilled, will never bring healing; if never applied to the sin-sick soul, will lead to ruin.

THANKS AGAIN Jeannie for your words.

Holy Spirit must be wanting His people to get the message ~ knowing His word, learning to faithfully speak, declare and live His word. You are a good listener Mel and great communicator. I am blessed by your friendship.

    Yes Yes and Yes.
4 times in a week , 4 different ways He gave me: The tide is turning.
I have had a wonderful vision of what this means for me and it has mightliy encouraged my spirit.

Keep listening, dear Jeannie, and share with us what you hear- it blessed us as we wait, along with all creation, for the great and glorious day of His appearing.

EVERYDAY IS A CHOICE! I like JOY and PRAISE rather than the alternatives.

“I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you LIFE and DEATH, the blessings and the curses; therefore CHOOSE LIFE, that you and your descendants may LIVE.” ~ Deuteronomy 30:19. (I capitalized some words for emphasis!).
